Homemade Chicken Sausage

Super simple recipe for some healthy sausage!

Super Easy Italian Chicken Sausage

  • Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Breasts (your can use any chicken meat. If you’re going for low-fat use the breast) local farm fresh is great but not needed.
  • 1TBS sage
  • 1TBS fennel (we like fennel)
  • 2 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of onion
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • 1tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1tsp hot pepper (optional)

Dump everything into food processor

Blend and then for best result allow flavors to blend over night. .

Form into patties and or meat ball
